Can we play Computer Games on Windows Vista 64bit OS? Is 64bit version of OS compatible for Gaming?
I’m using my PC specially for Gaming. I have Windows Vista Ultimate 32 bit OS installed in my PC. But it cannot detect more than 3GB of RAM. So I’m in a thought of installing Windows Vista Ultimate 64bit OS. But i have a doubt will it be compatible for Gaming.
It depends whether the platform is compatible for 64x vista, check the box and it should say. However most newly updated/produced games will be compatible for this OS version, especially if it displays the "games for Windows" logo.

If you are currently running a 32-bit version of Windows, you can only perform an upgrade to another 32-bit version of Windows. Similarly, if you are running a 64-bit version of Windows Vista, you can only perform an upgrade to another 64-bit version of Windows Vista.
